Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (available at checkout)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey to you.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policy

You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@legacyblueapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we're happy to help! Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@legacyblueapparel.com with photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
